Bow Mods. Need tips!
Hello again Guru folks.
Today I have sold my bow, and got a new one. Now, I use the following build:
[Point Blank [email protected]][Zojun's [email protected]]["I Am the strongest!"][sundering [email protected]][asuran scan][glass [email protected]][dwarven [email protected]][lightning [email protected]] And don't know what bow mods to put on it. Plus, please don't say: "Just put the mods you had on your old bow". I came to ask you about mods for THIS build. By the way i use a recurve bow with the build if anyone wanted to know.

I suggest bringing a couple bows if you can afford it.
For your general usage bow, bring a Vampiric Hornbow of Defense/Fortitude. This will increase your damage potential and help on spikes.
Also, bring a ____ Flatbow of Defense for pulling and taking out oddly positioned targets (such as tower guards in Riverside Province)
If you want to stick with your Recurve alone, I'd go with Vampiric/Defense and switch to an empty set while not in combat to counter degen.

Vamp for fighting. The extra damage is nice, but so is the slight healing.
Elemental for when not fighting, or when fighting something like a Warrior with extra protection against physical.
I actually prefer using [triple shot] and [dual shot] with a Glass Arrows build. Toss in a Conjure and an elemental string for more damage. But I'd advize you to drop Sundering for [distracting shot] or [savage shot].

I'm really not a fan of hornbows, I prefer recurve bows for general use and longbows for pulling...
So yeah, a recurve bow with vamp and a defense/fortitude mod and either a 15^50 or 15^stance inscription.

Hornbows are good for skills with activation times, like [[Melandru's Shot], [[Hunter's Shot], etc. If you're not using them, avoid hornbows like the plague.
Recurve with vamp for a general use, recurve with an elemental string if you add conjure. If you ever add in [[Read the Wind (PvE)] instead of Glass Arrows switch to flatbows.

Zealous/Vampiric/Sundering/Elemental bows.
I suggest against Flatbows for combat since you don't have [[Favorable Winds] or [[Read the Wind (PvE)], so leave it for pulling. Any other bow should work for you though.

why not used a barbed string if you intend on using a glass arrows build? you can keep targets bleeding 33% longer which pressures monks/healers and all enemies in general if you are tabbing through a mob...I would think that would be more damaging, in terms of pressure, than would sundering/vampiric....but it is pve, so if everyone is set up right, mobs should be dead by the time they bleed too much, so meh..

Vampiric recurve of fortitude/defense and a vampiric flatbow of fortitude/defense, backed up with maybe an ebon recurve of fortitude/defense.
IMO the only condition-increasing mod you would need for PvE is silencing. Even then, only used as a switch out. Vampiric recurve is ideal, especially in HM, unless you are against a stationary target in which case flatbow is handy.

In PvE you don't really need to extend the duration of conditions as mobs die quickly. Even silencing is only useful against bosses.
